The Captivo subscription
The plan includes the software for one Windows booth. It costs €120 excl. VAT per year, i.e. €10 excl. VAT per month, or €12 excl. VAT on monthly billing. Add only the add-ons you need. Hardware and consumables must be provided separately.

Choose the number of PCs to equip and the add-ons to include. The total follows the annual or monthly billing selected above.

Languages
Captivo’s management interface (events, settings, template editor) and the Companion app are in French. The screens your guests use (capture, result, printing, sharing) and the pages they open on their phones are in French and English. Spanish has been developed and will be included in the next Windows update; it is not available yet. Written support answers in English, French or Spanish; the online documentation is in French.
Each add-on: €2 excl. VAT per month on annual billing, i.e. €24 excl. VAT per year; or €5 excl. VAT per month on monthly billing.
Prepare events and monitor connected booths from the browser on a computer or phone. See Companion.
Give each operator limited access to their own events. This add-on also requires Companion: both add-ons are added to the plan.
Replace the green background of the shot with an image. You still need to provide the physical backdrop and suitable lighting.
Split the prints between two printers configured on the booth. The hardware, drivers and settings must be tested together.
Use your own domain name for the gallery address. Buying and renewing the domain remain at your expense.
Keep online galleries for one year instead of the 90 days included in the plan, under the terms of the subscription.
Present the guest journey under your own brand with the white label add-on. The plan’s customisation settings remain available without this add-on.
Export the available booking data for your bookkeeping. This add-on complements your management tools.
One more PC on the same account. €2 excl. VAT per month on annual billing or €5 excl. VAT per month on monthly billing, per booth.

Add-ons apply to the account; an additional booth means an additional PC. For a French customer, 20% VAT is added to the prices excluding VAT.
On annual billing, the plan works out at €10 excl. VAT per month, billed as €120 excl. VAT for the year. Each add-on costs €24 excl. VAT per year. On monthly billing, the plan is €12 excl. VAT and each add-on €5 excl. VAT, with no commitment.
Prices exclude VAT. For a French customer, 20% VAT is added: the annual plan works out at €12 incl. VAT per month, i.e. €144 incl. VAT per year; the monthly plan at €14.40 incl. VAT per month.
The trial does not start a subscription automatically. To keep creating sessions and printing, choose a plan. Without a subscription, your local photos, templates and settings are kept.
The terms provide for adding an add-on on a pro rata basis and removing it at the end of the period already paid for. To prepare a subscription or to have these terms clarified, contact Captivo.
The monthly plan lets you stop and then resume to suit your season. The annual plan is paid for the year; its price reflects that commitment.
