Design / Photo formats

Customise your photo print templates

Place the photos and add a background, a logo and text in the template editor. You can prepare a frame for a wedding or a layout in a company’s colours, then assign it to the event. To prepare a design, start from the free 10x15 and 5x15 templates (in French) and the advice on creating a print template (in French).

Preset formats or custom dimensions.

Customise the screens your guests use

Adapt the text, colours and layout of the booth screens. Guests see the same design while the photos are taken, in the photo preview and when they open the gallery.

Create a record for each booking with its date, venue and photo templates. Select the booth and prepare its settings before starting the guests’ session.

Shoot, print and share from the booth

The plan covers the features below for one booth. The cameras, printer and consumables are at your own cost.

Canon or webcam capture

Choose the capture source and set up the countdown and photo settings. Check on your PC that your Canon model or webcam is compatible.

Printing and print limits

Send layouts to the print queue and set a print limit per event. Paper size, cutting and manufacturer settings are configured in the Windows driver.

Photo gallery and QR code sharing

Guests open the gallery from their phone. The code-protected online gallery is kept for 90 days with the plan. Sending by email or SMS from the booth is not offered.

GIF animation of sequences

When a session includes several photos, Captivo assembles them into a GIF animation, shown on the result screen and saved with the event. The paper print uses the still photo layout.

Event history

Find your past bookings with their templates and counters. Use this history to prepare the next booking.

Languages and support

The management interface (events, settings, template editor) and the Companion app are in French. The screens guests use (capture, result, printing, sharing) and the pages they open on their phones are in French and English; Spanish has been developed and will be included in the next Windows update, but is not available yet. The online guides are in French. Written support answers in English, French or Spanish, with a target response time of 48 hours on weekdays. No telephone support is included.

Capture and printing run on the PC; the online gallery and Companion require an internet connection. Availability depends on the hardware and configuration. Test your complete setup before an event.

Extend the software with the add-ons your business needs

Companion for remote management, green screen, two printers in parallel, a gallery on your own domain: each add-on costs €24 excl. VAT per year or €5 excl. VAT per month. Each additional booth is billed at the same rate, per PC.
